In addition to working the Saratoga meet, racing analyst Gabby Gaudet will undertake an expanded role with NYRA, working on the broadcast team for the 2017 Belmont Park fall meet, and continuing through Cigar Mile Day on December 2 at Aqueduct, it was announced Monday. In 2018, Gaudet will return to NYRA beginning with the Wood Memorial in April at Aqueduct Racetrack and remain as a racing analyst through November, covering Aqueduct, Belmont and Saratoga.

“After the success of the inaugural season of 'Saratoga Live', this felt like a natural fit and the next step in my career,” said Gaudet. “I'm looking forward to covering more top racing at NYRA on both the simulcast and innovative 'Live' shows with the talented team already in place.”

Tony Allevato, President of NYRA Bets and Executive Producer of NYRA TV, announced, “We are excited to have Gabby become a permanent fixture on NYRA's live network broadcasts. She has the unique ability to bring both a horsewoman's and handicapper's perspective to NYRA's TV and simulcast shows. Her addition to our current roster of on-air talent puts NYRA's Live shows on par with any racing telecast in the country.”

Beginning July 21, Saratoga Live will be broadcast nearly every day of the meet from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and features a broadcast team that includes host Greg Wolf, handicapper Andy Serling, analyst Paul Lo Duca, paddock analyst Maggie Wolfendale, and trainer Tom Amoss in addition to Gaudet.
