Code of Honor (Noble Mission {GB}), winner of Gulfstream's GII Xpressbet.com Fountain of Youth S. Mar. 2, returned to the worktab Saturday at Payson Park. The Farish homebred covered five furlongs in approximately 1:01 with a six-furlong gallop-out in 1:13 4/5 (XBTV Video). He is pointing to the GI Xpressbet.com Florida Derby Mar. 30. “I thought he worked really well,” said Hall of Fame trainer Shug McGaughey. “He kind of eased away from the pole, picked it up, went the final eighth of a mile in 11-and-change and galloped out very well. He seemed to come back where he might have needed it a little bit. We've got two weeks to go, so we can get him fresh again and go from there. We were very pleased with what we saw.”

Also working towards the Florida Derby Saturday was Harvey Wallbanger (Congrats), an upset winner of the GII Fasig-Tipton Holy Bull S. Feb. 2. The Ken McPeek pupil stopped the clock in :59.66 (4/54) at Gulfstream Park while working in company with GII Toyota Blue Grass S.-bound Signalman (General Quarters). The latter was credited with the five-furlong bullet in :59.46 (XBTV Video).
