Tetragonal and Amanzi Yimpilo Scratched from Friday BC Races

Amanzi Yimpilo | Benoit

With no changes to either the GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile or GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies as of Friday morning, fields in the other Breeders' Cup races on Friday's card have shuffled slightly. In the GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf, Tetragonal (Ire) (Mehmas {Ire}) has been scratched, which will allow also-eligible Invincible Gal (GB) (Invincible Spirit {Ire}) into the field. Jose Ortiz will ride. Union Gables (Speightstown), who had Ortiz named, will instead be ridden by Manny Franco, who was originally on Tetragonal.

Amanzi Yimpilo (Ire) (No Nay Never) is a scratch from the GII Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint. This allows also-eligible Blame the Booze (Blame) into the field.

The other also-eligibles for the day–Snowfall (Jpn) (Deep Impact {Jpn}) in the Juvenile Fillies Turf; Barrister Tom (Artie Schiller) and Harlan Estate (Kantharos) in the GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf; and Gypsy King (Summer Front) and Trade Deal (Fed Biz) in the Juvenile Turf Sprint–are official scratches and will not make their respective fields.
