Bo Derek First Celebrity Ambassador for MyRacehorse

A Visit to Racing for Home with Acacia Clement

At the age of 17, NYRA/Fox Sports broadcaster Acacia (Courtney) Clement founded Racing for Home, a 501(c)(3) organization that is dedicated to the after care of Thoroughbreds once their racing career is over. They currently have 13 horses in their program and focus on long-term care for horses that cannot go into immediate training after the racing careers have ended. Accredited by the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance, Racing for Home is one of only two such facilities in Connecticut and one of only 74 throughout the entire United States.
