Executiveprivilege, a $23,000 KEESEP yearling, breezed a quarter in :21 flat at OBS April and attracted all sorts of attention before being hammered down for $650,000--the sale's highest price--to agent Donato Lanni on behalf of The Three Amigos Stable. Bet down to 4-5 in her career opener for Michael Pegram, Karl Watson and Paul Weitman, the bay filly was next to a filly that was acting up in the gate, and wound up essentially walked out of the stalls. Rider Rafael Bejarano allowed his mount to settle into stride, and the crowd's choice worked her way forward while taking the overland route. Executiveprivilege came off the turn in the three path and smoothly moved past pacesetter Renee's Queen (After Market) en route to a 4 1/2-length success under a motionless Bejarano. The winner is a half-sister to Profit (Not For Love), MSP, $180,285. Lifetime Record: 1-1-0-0, $30,000.
