eFive Racing’s Rushing Fall (More Than Ready) made her career debut a winning one Saturday, rewarding her backers as the 9-5 favorite and earning ‘TDN Rising Star’ status. The bay posted a series of works throughout the summer at Saratoga and was scratched out of a Sept. 4 maiden race rained off the turf, forcing her connections to seek an alternative spot. She worked twice in the interim at the Spa and was re-entered in this downstate contest. Off a touch slowly, the filly raced in heavy traffic and had her momentum briefly halted behind a quarter-mile in :23.46. Guided to the outside soon after than juncture, she gathered steam with a wide sweep on the far turn, picked off rivals easily turning for home and rallied to notch a 1 1/2-length score over Daddy Is A Legend (Scat Daddy). The final time for a mile was 1:35.26. The winner is a half to Milam (Street Sense), SW & MGSP, $239,651. Second dam Marie J. (Mr. Prospector) was graded stakes-placed. This is the deep family of GISW Albert the Great (Go For Gin). Autumnal produced a filly by Candy Ride (Arg) in 2016 and visited Frosted this spring.
