Sent off at 7-1 in this strong-looking maiden won in 2010 by the stable's subsequent multiple Group 1 winner Misty For Me (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), Tapestry raced towards the rear early and had to be switched wide for her effort inside the final quarter. Showing impressive acceleration to grab the advantage from the long-time leader Chroussa (Ire) (Holy Roman Emperor {Ire}) in the final yards, the homebred asserted to score by a half length. "She's a lovely filly with a great pedigree, but is still a baby who we have not done too much with at home," Aidan O'Brien commented. "She could come back here for the [Aug. 11] G2 Debutante S." Tapestry is the third winner from three foals out of Mrs. John Magnier, Michael Tabor and the Niarchos Family's champion filly Rumplestiltskin, and counts the brilliant racemare and producer Miesque as her third dam.   Lifetime Record: 1-1-0-0, €12,420.
