Prize money for this year's G1 Juddmonte International S. at York has been cut to £275,000 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Goffs Premier Yearling Stakes Revised

Following consultation with York Racecourse and the Horsemen's Group, York's application to revise the conditions of the Goffs Premier Yearling S. has been approved, the British Horseracing Authority announced on Tuesday. Slated for Aug. 20 during the second day of the Welcome to Yorkshire Ebor Festival, the race's prize money has been reduced to £180,000, with the third and fourth stages of the race now notpayable. Officials at York are considering all options as to how the season will proceed in light of the coronavirus crisis.
