WinStar Farm has secured a 'Name, Image, and Likeness' deal with University of Kentucky basketball player Reed Sheppard to promote WinStar stallion Life Is Good (Into Mischief). A freshman guard for John Calipari's Wildcats, Sheppard was Mr. Kentucky Basketball in 2023 and a McDonald's All-American. WinStar Farm will host an Open House for breeders from Sunday, Jan. 7 through Thursday, Jan. 11, between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET. each day, the farm said in a release Friday. Godolphin Tops 2023 North American Breeders List, Calumet Runner-Up

Godolphin topped the individual breeders list in North America in 2023 with $20,911,250 in earnings, according to statistics from The Jockey Club Information Systems, the organization said in a release early Friday morning.
