Betting on Herself: Krupp Starts Fresh at Pine Branch Farm

Sometimes in life, circumstances arise where you can either sink or swim. Meredith Krupp, the 32-year-old who purchased Timber Town Farm in Lexington, Kentucky last year and has since launched her own full-service boarding facility named Pine Branch Farm, has had plenty of experience learning how to pick herself up and keep swimming. Krupp's mother passed away when she was 16. Two years later when she was a freshman in college, she also lost her father. Horse of the Year Havre de Grace Passes Away

Havre de Grace (Saint Liam--Easter Bunnette, by Carson City), the 2011 Horse of the Year and Eclipse Award-winning older mare who sold to Mandy Pope's Whisper Hill Farm for $10 million at the 2012 Fasig-Tipton November Sale, passed away in the early morning hours of Apr. 30.
