Delaware Park has cancelled the live racing card scheduled for Friday, Aug. 9 due to the expected impact from the remnants of Tropical Storm Debby. Live racing is scheduled to resume on Saturday, Aug. 10. Laurel Park has also decided to cancel its nine-race card Friday. Both tracks are expected to resume racing Saturday, Aug. 10. Officials at Gulfstream Park were forced to cancel both Saturday and Sunday's race cards due to the effects of a weekend tropical storm that dumped more than 12 inches of rain on the South Florida area. Live racing will resume Thursday, June 9 with a 1:05 p.m. first race post. Gulfstream's casino and simulcast center remain open.
