Applications for The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program's (T.I.P.) two annual awards, the Thoroughbred of the Year Award and the Young Rider of the Year Award, are now available online at tjctip.com. The Jockey Club (TJC) Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.) has announced the 2022 recipients of its two non-competition awards, the T.I.P. Thoroughbred of the Year Award and the T.I.P. Young Rider of the Year Award. The Thoroughbred of the Year Award, which recognizes a Thoroughbred that has excelled in a non-competitive career, such as equine-assisted therapy or police work, goes to "River," a mare born in 2000 and raced as Teen Dancer (Mt.
