Applications for the Stud Start program, funded by the Thoroughbred Breeders Australia (TBA) organization, are now being accepted, the group stated via press release on Monday. The eighth China Horse Owners Alliance (CHOA) conference was held on Aug. 31 at Yulong International Hotel. Yulong owner Zhang Yuesheng was re-elected as Chairman of CHOA.
