The Stanley E. Fulton Family Foundation, endowed by the late Stanley E. Fulton, long-time owner of Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino, is donating $500,000 to the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico. It will benefit the Southern New Mexican community including residents of Dona Ana County.
