A full-sister to G1 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe heroine Alpinista (GB) (Frankel {GB}) will be offered by her breeder Kirsten Rausing's Staffordstown Stud during the first day of Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale, the sales company announced on Tuesday. Julian Lloyd to Retire From Staffordstown, John Oxx Appointed Director

Staffordstown Stud Manager Julian Lloyd, who runs the yearling operation for Lanwades Stud's Kirsten Rausing, will retire at the end of 2021. Lloyd's current role will then be split between retired trainer John Oxx as Director and long-term Stud Groom Paddy Moloney, who will be the new Manager of Staffordstown.
