Jeffrey Cannizzo, Executive Director of New York Thoroughbred Breeders, Inc. (NYTB), will be leaving the organization Jan. 1 to pursue a newly created opportunity with the New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) as Senior Director of Government Affairs.
