Sedaka Sets Tattersalls Online Record at 210,000gns

The five-year-old broodmare Sedaka (NZ), offered in foal to Too Darn Hot (GB) on a Southern Hemisphere cover, has been sold for a record 210,000gns to Bruce Slade of Kestrel Thoroughbreds, on behalf of Nocab Racing. The top-priced lot in the Tattersalls Online December Sale, she also becomes the highest-priced broodmare ever sold on the platform. Southern Hemisphere Session Catalogue To Feature Octet In Foal To Too Darn Hot

The inaugural Southern Hemisphere Session catalogue, featuring an octet of mares in foal to Group 1 sire Too Darn Hot (GB), was released by Tattersalls Online and Inglis Digital on Friday. A champion first-season sire in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, the Darley stallion will not shuttle to Australia this year.
