Road Safety Authority (RSA)

The Road Safety Authority (RSA), and An Garda Síochána (AGS) have teamed up with Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) and Horse Sport Ireland (HSI) in an effort to inform motorists how to share the roads safely with horses.
