Smarty Jones S. runner-up and 'TDN Rising Star' Three Technique (Mr Speaker) registered a half-mile bullet of :46 (1/119) Saturday morning at Oaklawn in preparation for the GII Rebel S., galloping out in :59.20. Marquel Lemon was aboard Three Technique just after the renovation break for trainer Jeremiah Englehart.
