Post time changes

Woodbine Entertainment has received approval from the Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) for significant post time changes for Thursday and Friday cards at Woodbine Racetrack. First post for live racing on Thursdays will move from 1:10 p.m. to 5:05 p.m., while Fridays will change from 4:50 p.m. to 1:10 p.m. The changes will go in effect next Thursday, June 9. Woodbine Entertainment will change post times for live racing at Woodbine Racetrack. The new post times are 12:55 p.m. every Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, while post time for Friday evening racing will be at 4:45 p.m. The changes go into effect Thursday, Oct. 7, and will continue for the rest of season, which concludes Dec. 5. The adjusted times are in alignment with a shift to the North American simulcast market.

Due to forecasted extreme heat Wednesday, Aug. 25 and Thursday, Aug. 26, Indiana Grand has changed post times for each of those days. Racing will now begin at 10 a.m. to accommodate the participants scheduled to race.
