With 144 horses sold Wednesday for $25,488,000, the session average was $177,000--up 6.2% from last year's corresponding session--and the median of $87,500 declined 2.8% from a year ago. The catalogue for the 2024 OBS March Sale of 2-Year-Olds in Training, which will feature 849 juveniles, has been released and is available online at obssales.com. Scheduled to be held Mar. 12-14 at the OBS grounds in Ocala, this year's sale will include 41 2-year-olds from the Lothenbach Stables dispersal. Sessions will begin daily at 11 a.m., with under-tack shows held the week prior from Mar. 6-9 at 8 a.m. daily.
