Gold Award For National Horse Racing Museum

The National Horse Racing Museum has been awarded a Gold Award in the Visitor Attraction Accolades 2023-24 held by VisitEngland. In addition, East Anglia, which includes the Newmarket institution, secured a top spot in Lonely Planet's Best of Travel 2025. The VisitEngland Awards recognise excellence within the domestic visitor attraction sector, with 72 attractions nationwide receiving the prestigious accolade. They are judged on what makes an outstanding visitor attraction across five categories including: 'Welcome'; 'Quality Food and Drink'; 'Hidden Gem'; 'Best Told Story'; and a 'Gold' standard for overall excellence....

New Exhibit Space Unveiled At NHRM For Hall of Fame, as Stoute and Sea The Stars Formally Added

Sir Michael Stoute and Sea The Stars (Ire) were officially welcomed into the QIPCO British Champions Hall of Fame on Sunday, and the trainer was on hand at the National Horse Racing Museum in Newmarket, where a new exhibition space was unveiled specifically for Hall of Fame members. Banksy Work Part Of New Art Exhibit At National Horse Racing Museum

Hula Hooping Girl, by the celebrated artist Banksy, will be part of a special art exhibit at the National Horse Racing Museum this summer-- Urban Frame: Mutiny in Colour. New-look NHRM Set To Reopen

Newmarket's National Horse Racing Museum (NHRM) has a new name and a new look ahead of its reopening to the public on Tuesday, July 28.
