Monmouth Park Condition Book and Stall Apps Available

The first condition book for Monmouth Park's 2020 racing season, which begins May 2, and stall applications are available online and in the racing office. The Oceanport oval opens for stabling Apr. 11 and training begins Apr. 15. The meet runs through Sept. 27 and is highlighted by the July 18 GI Haskell Invitational S. Once again, all trainers will receive a $300 starter bonus with all owners guaranteed $500 per runner. Dina Alborano Fined, Sanctioned by State of New Jersey

Dina Alborano, who ran the "I Care I Help" Thoroughbred rescue, has reached an agreement with the State of New Jersey that calls for her to pay a $5,000 fine and to permanently cease raising money. The announcement was made Monday by Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal and the Division of Consumer Affairs, which alleged that Alborano, a New Jersey resident, raised more than $340,000 for her horse rescue and deposited it in a personal bank account.
