Kevin Costello has officially won the 2023 National Horseplayers Championship (NHC) Tour, the first ever in the contest's 16 year history to win twice, announced the NTRA via press release Friday. Seven new members were elected to the Jockey Club of America, which include Gary Fenton, Eric Gustavson, Bret Jones, Jane Lyon, Michael Mulvihill, David O'Rourke and Mandy Pope, the organization said in a release early Thursday morning. FOX SARATOGA SATURDAY, a new national television show covering the summer meet at Saratoga Race Course, presented by FOX Sports and the New York Racing Association, will debut this coming Saturday beginning at 3 p.m. ET.
