The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.) and Stable View has postponed this weekend's T.I.P. Championships because of Hurricane Helene and rescheduled the events for Oct. 24-27, the organization said in a press release on Wednesday. Stable View will offer a full refund to all competitors who are unable to participate during the new dates. In addition, T.I.P.
