Judge Rules that Ward Can Sell Ramsey Horses at Keeneland January

Jessamine (Ky.) County Circuit Court Judge Hunter Daugherty ruled Thursday that trainer Wesley Ward can sell 14 horses owned by Ken and Sarah Ramsey at the Keeneland January Sale in order to cover what Ward alleges are unpaid training bills. It's been quite a week for the 3-year-old colt Carillo (Union Rags). He captured his debut at Aqueduct in 'TDN Rising Star'-fashion last Friday and summoned a whopping $875,000 from bloodstock agent Lauren Carlisle at Keeneland January Thursday.
