Every week, the TDN posts a roundup of the relevant Horseracing Integrity and Safety Act (HISA) related rulings from around the country. Among this week's rulings, two trainers have been issued short suspensions. Trainer Jonathan Thomas has been stepped down for five days and fined $4,000 for breaching the intra-articular injection rule, barring such joint injections within 7 days of a timed and reported workout. King Guillermo Derby Status Up in Air

King Guillermo (Uncle Mo), who would be making his first start in over four months in Saturday's GI Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, did not go to the track Thursday morning, as reported by Greg Hall, an assigned pool reporter for the National Turf Writers and Broadcasters. While refusing to reveal any specifics, trainer Juan Carlos Avila told Hall: "We have a little problem. We have to wait until afternoon." Fed Biz Filly Earns Third Straight at Gulfstream Sunday

9th-Gulfstream, $46,000, Alw, 5-3, 3yo, f, 6 1/2f, 1:17.20, ft.
