Following the successful debut of its North Warning Distance Claiming series in 2023, Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack has added three more claiming series to its 2024 meet which opens Apr. 29. Purses Increased at Finger Lakes for 2024 Meet

An increase in purses, totaling $500,000, have been approved for the 2024 racing season at Fingers Lakes, according to the Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack and the Finger Lakes Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association Wednesday. New York Oaks Rescheduled for Sept. 11

The $75,000 New York Oaks, a race for 3-year-old New York-bred fillies at Finger Lakes, has been rescheduled for Sept. 11. The race has twice failed to fill when entries were taken for the original date of July 24, as well as the following week. Finger Lakes Adds Claiming Distance Series

Finger  Lakes has unveiled a claiming distance series to the line-up for its 2023 season. The series, named after North Warning, the current track record holder at 1 5/8 miles, kicks off June 19 and features three legs and a final, with distance increasing with each leg.
