Stall Salzburg's Group 1 winner Mendocino (Ger) (Adlerflug {Ger}--Mill Marin {Ire}), by Pivotal {GB}) has been retired and will stand his first season at stud at Haras du Lion in France beginning next season, Galopp Online reported.
