Gustav Klimt (Ire), who has sired 10 winners in his first crop, will move to Haras d'Annebault in France next year, the stud announced on Twitter. The G2 Superlative S. scorer will stand for €3,500. Also placed in a quartet of Group 1s including the Irish 2000 Guineas, the 7-year-old is a son of Galileo (Ire) and the Danehill mare Massarra (GB), who won at listed level and was second in a pair of group races. German Derby Hero Laccario Retired to Haras d'Annebault

German champion Laccario (Ger) (Scalo {GB}--Laccata {GB}, by Lomitas {GB}) will retire to Haras d'Annebault as a dual-purpose stallion in 2022, Galopponline.de reported. A winner of the 2019 G1 Deutsches Derby for Manfred Ostermann who also bred the 5-year-old under his Gestut Hof Ittlingen banner, Laccario's fee will be €3,000. The deal was brokered by Richard Venn. A winner at second asking at Cologne at three, the Andreas Wohler trainee took the Listed Aengevelt Derby-Trial in May of 2019 and followed up in the G2 Sparkasse Union-Rennen a month later....

Fighting Irish Retires To Stud With Bonus Incentive

Fighting Irish (Ire) (Camelot {GB}) has been retired to Niccolo and Vita Riva's Haras d'Annebault in Normandy for the 2021 covering season, where he will stand for a fee of €3,000.
