A pair of geldings by No Risk At All (Fr) and Doctor Dino (Fr) were joint toppers at €160,000 during Tuesday's Goffs Arkle Sale Part 1. The former (lot 138), consigned by Liss House, was purchased by Ian Ferguson and is from the family of Grade 2 winner Violin Davis (Fr) (Turgeon). A 701-lot catalogue for the Goffs Arkle Sale, held in partnership with Defender, was released by the sales company on Wednesday. Set for June 11-13 beginning at 10 a.m. each day, the sale encompasses a two-day Part 1, featuring 452 elite stores, and another 249 quality prospects are set for Part 2 on June 13. Momentum Continues At Part 2 Of The Goffs Arkle Sale

Goffs chief executive Henry Beeby has said that Part 2 of the Goffs Arkle Sale lived up to its billing after turnover climbed 7% on last year to €3,333,500. Nicholls Snaps Up 160k Beaumec De Houelle Gelding At Goffs Arkle Sale

Trainer Paul Nicholls and bloodstock agent Tom Malone flexed their muscles at the newly-branded Goffs Arkle Sale on Tuesday by signing for three lots to the tune of €410,000, including the €160,000 day one topper, a Beaumec De Houelle (Fr) gelding already named Zamek (Fr) consigned by Mark Dwyer's Oaks Farm Stables. Goffs Arkle Sale Catalogue Now Online

The Goffs Arkle Sale catalogue, which is now available online, drew 469 lots for Part 1, which will be held on June 13-14, and 238 lots for Part 2, set for June 15.
