TRF to Host BBQ at the Barn Fundraiser

The Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation (TRF) will host a re-imagined "TRF BBQ at the Barn" summer fundraiser on Tuesday, Aug. 11 from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. at the Saratoga Winery. This year's BBQ will be carry-out with a twist. Guests will drive thru the grounds to enjoy a "TRF Experience" with miniature ponies, racing celebrities, goodies for the kids, and a special appearance by Joey, the TRF Herd Ambassador, who will be returning to Saratoga from the TRF Second Chances Program at Wallkill. Saratoga Face Mask Charitable Initiative Expands

The New York Racing Association and the City of Saratoga Springs will add two local non-profit organizations to the list of beneficiaries of a joint initiative to raise funds for the community through the sale of Saratoga Race Course face masks. In addition to Franklin Community Center and Shelters of Saratoga, the list of beneficiaries will be expanded to include AIM Services, Inc. and the SNACpack Program (Saratoga Nutrition Assistance for Children). R.A.C.E. Fund Online Auction Fundraiser Starts May 22

The Retirement Assistance and Care for Equines Fund, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 2004 and TAA accredited, will launch its 2020 fund drive with an online auction on eBay starting May 22 at 8:00 p.m. EST and ending May 29 to help raise funds for racehorse retirement and rescue. Cross Gate Charity Auction Through May 9

Cross Gate Gallery of Lexington, KY is hosting an online Charity Challenge Auction which started Thursday, Apr. 30 and will end at 3:00 pm ET Saturday, May 9.
