England tier four

The British Horseracing Authority has confirmed that racing-albeit behind closed doors-will continue in areas deemed Tier 4 in terms of coronavirus threat. Tier 4 effectively shadows the national lockdown measures that all of England was under during November, and Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said that much of southeast England will enter Tier 4 on Sunday.
