A public memorial for prominent Louisville surgeon, owner, breeder and regulator Dr. J. David "Doc" Richardson will be held at Churchill Downs on Saturday, Oct. 2 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. The celebration of life will be held in the Starting Gate Suites 4th Floor.
