Rispoli Escapes Serious Injury in Del Mar Spill

Jockey Umberto Rispoli was back home and reportedly suffered no serious injuries in a spill during the first race at Del Mar Thursday afternoon. Rispoli was riding Single Track Mind in heavy traffic when he was bumped by a rival and was unseated, then was kicked by a trailing horse.
