NYRA Increases 10 Big A Winter Meet Stakes Purses By $25,000

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) has increased the purses of 10 Aqueduct winter meet stakes by $25,000 as the 49-day schedule features a total of 20 either black-type or graded races worth $3.1 million, the track said in a press release on Wednesday. Derby Preps Highlight Aqueduct Winter Stakes Schedule

A trio of GI Kentucky Derby preps highlight the Aqueduct 2023 winter meet stakes schedule, which was released by NYRA Wednesday. The 44-day winter meet, which begins Jan. 1 and runs through Mar. 26, will offer a total of 25 stakes races worth $3.2 million.
