A dead horse was found Wednesday, Oct. 4 at Maryland's former Bowie Training Center, closed since 2015 and owned by 1/ST Racing. The horse was determined to be recently deceased and was in a remote area. Randall Gatlin Brandon, 80, passed away Aug. 15, 2022 in his hometown of Camden, South Carolina. He was the son of the late Gatlin Randall and Frances Johns Brandon.
