A son of the G2 Kilboy Estate S. winner and G1 Nassau S. runner-up Legatissimo (Ire) (Danehill Dancer {Ire}), who is in turn a full-sister to the Derby hero Serpentine (Ire), he encounters the fellow newcomer Emperor's Star (Fr) (Sea The Stars {Ire}), a relative of Cloth Of Stars (Ire) bidding for a fourth renewal for Charlie Appleby since 2017.
