Due to inclement weather in and around Lexington Monday morning, officials at Fasig-Tipton have announced that Monday's opening session of the company's October Yearling Sale is being pushed back by one hour. The sale will now begin at 11 a.m. EDT.

Before withdrawals, a total of 396 horses are cataloged for the first of four days of trade at Newtown Paddocks.

Jessica Martini previews the sale in Monday's TDN.
