Helicity (The Factor) will be offered via a flash sale by Inglis Digital USA, the auction house announced Friday.

A runner-up in a maiden special weight at Saratoga on the grass July 20 to Without Caution (Without Parole {GB}) and third on unveiling June 7 at Gulfstream Park, the colt is currently being pointed toward the Kentucky Downs meeting for his next start by trainer and co-owner Jack Sisterson. Starts in the Sept. 1 $1-million Kentucky Downs Juvenile Sprint or the $1-million Kentucky Downs Juvenile Mile Sept. 8 have both been offered as potential targets as well as a start in one of the maiden special contests at the track, which boasts the largest maiden purses in the country at $170,000.

Helicity is out of a half-sister to SW & GSP Muskoka Gold (Lea) as well as SP Lunch With Bernie (Bernardini). This is the female line of GISW Sis City (Slew City Slew), the GI Ashland Stakes victress who also claimed wins in the GII Demoiselle Stakes as well as the GII Davona Dale Stakes. She herself is a half-sister to Canadian Graded-winner Lady Grace (Kantharos), who earned that black type via the GII Royal North Stakes.

“He's a horse that's impressed us from the day we bought him at the sale,” Sisterson said of Helicity. “Great mind, athletic, with lots of scope for the future. We thought he'd win his last race at Saratoga, but only to be beaten by a highly regarded [Without Caution] trained by Cherie DeVaux. His maiden race was two seconds faster than the second 1 1/16-mile turf maiden ran the following week.”

Currently stabled at Saratoga in Barn 84, Helicity will breeze Saturday, Aug. 3 at 7:30am, weather permitting, for potential buyers to watch. The breeze schedule will be updated on the Inglis Digital USA X account or by reaching out to Liza Hendriks for more information at liza@inglisdigitalusa.com.

Bidding is currently open and will close at noon Eastern Tuesday, Aug. 6. Interested buyers may register to bid at the Inglis Digital USA website.
