First Mare Bred to GISW Force the Pass In Foal

The first mare bred to Wasabi Ventures Stallions' Grade I scorer Force the Pass (Speightstown–Social Queen, by Dynaformer) was confirmed in foal Mar. 12 at St. Omer's Farm in Forest Hill, Maryland. The mare, Wasabi Ventures Stables'-owned Magical Point (Point Given), is out of a full-sister to Grade I-winning sire Include and is the dam of three winners.

Campaigned by his breeder, Richard Santulli's Colts Neck Stables, Force the Pass won the 2015 GI Belmont Derby as a 3-year-old. Also victorious in the GIII Penn Mile that season, he added a victory in Monmouth Park's Cliff Hanger S. as a 6-year-old. Out of multiple Grade III-winner Social Queen, Force the Pass, retired sound with five wins from 21 starts and earnings of $1,359,114. He is from the female family of Grade I winner and $4,714,213-earner Perfect Drift.

Force the Pass, who entered stud in 2020 at Anchor & Hope Farm in Port Deposit, Maryland, stands for $4,000 live foal. He is the subject of an incentive program offering a rebated stud fee to breeders if he is not the Mid-Atlantic's leading freshman sire in 2023 with his first crop runners.
