Fasig-Tipton will conduct its July Selected Horses of Racing Age Sale, as scheduled, on Monday, July 13 at the company's Lexington, Kentucky facility. Nominations for the sale are now open.
“We are pleased to announce that we will be conducting our popular July Selected Horses of Racing Age Sale on its originally scheduled date,” said Fasig-Tipton President Boyd Browning. “In 2020, this sale is as important as it has ever been, providing racing stables a much-needed venue to transact business ahead of the major summer race meets.”
“Our intent is to have horses and buyers on the sales grounds,” continued Browning. “We are working to establish proper health and safety protocols as we speak.”
First held in 2013, the July Selected Horses of Racing Age Sale has quickly established itself as a leading market for ready-to-run racehorses, led by GI Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint victress Wavell Avenue (Harlington).
Horses may be nominated to the sale through Fasig-Tipton's consignor portal, or by downloading a nomination form online.
