Coolmore Offering Gustav Klimt Incentive

Gustav Klimt | Coolmore

Coolmore has announced the “No Group Winner, No Fee” incentive for breeders whereby if they use Gustav Klimt (Ire) in 2021, they will receive their nomination free of charge if the sire does not provide a group or graded winner by the end of October next year.

“Gustav Klimt was a brilliant 2-year-old,” said Mark Byrne of Coolmore Stud. “He is Galileo's highest-rated performer over six furlongs and is a sibling to four stakes-winning 2-year-olds. Not only that, he's out of a stakes-winning juvenile and is from the family of Kodiac (GB), Invincible Spirit (Ire) and Pride Of Dubai (Aus). From fees of €5,000, €10,000 and €15,000, respectively, they supplied six group winners between them from their first 2-year-olds.

“[Gustav Klimt] has his first runners next season and we have every confidence he will pass on his precocity to his offspring. We have so much belief he will get off to a flying start that we will give breeders their 2021 Gustav Klimt nomination free of charge if there is not a group or graded winning 2-year-old in his first crop.”
