Manage the general health and well-being of in-foal mares and foals throughout the year, duties include scheduling of vet work and herd health management daily.

Experienced In foaling and neonatal care essential.

Hire, train and effectively manage staff within their section.

Working knowledge of horse farm management software for record keeping and billing.

Be able to Work closely with vet on daily basis throughout the year and have excellent knowledge of medications and procedures.

Be able to work closely with farrier on young horse conformation development and Broodmare maintenance.

The successful candidate will be required to live in an employer-provided home on the farm.
