Amplify Horse Racing has been named the official mentoring partner of the Horse Racing Women's Summit. The announcement of the partnership coincides with release of “The Amplify Horse Racing Guide to Mentorship,” which is designed as a resource to support HRWS members and followers on their own journeys as mentors, mentees, and the pursuit of personal and professional development.

“We believe that engaging, elevating and investing in women will transform horse racing,” said Jordyn Egan, HRWS Executive Committee member and Amplify Horse Racing board member. “Our official partnership with Amplify Horse Racing on mentorship and the release of the “Guide to Mentorship” is a tangible way to advance our three pillars: Engage, Elevate and Invest.”

Production of “The Amplify Horse Racing Guide to Mentorship” is a project funded by HRWS membership dues. Annual dues paid by HRWS members also fund Pay It Forward scholarships and will support important research and projects in the coming year.

“There is tremendous synergy between the educational mission of Amplify and outreach initiatives by the HRWS,” said Annise Montplaisir, Executive Director of Amplify Horse Racing. “By developing this amazing guide, Amplify and the HRWS are working together to facilitate meaningful mentoring pathways for women who want to be involved in the Thoroughbred industry, and structure for those who want to share their experiences with newcomers.”
