Shadwell's 450,000gns TATOCT graduate MULK (GB) (New Approach {Ire}) bids to build on an encouraging debut second to the subsequent Listed Newmarket S. third Sky Kingdom (Ire) (Montjeu {Ire}) in Newmarket's Wood Ditton S. last month. Interestingly, Sir Michael Stoute introduced the brilliant Harbinger (GB) (Dansili {GB}) in that in 2009 and he went one better in this race, which his trainer also used for the eventual Group 1 winner Mountain High (Ire) (Danehill). Facing him is Godolphin's Huge Future (GB) (Shamardal), a €260,000 GOFORB graduate from the Saeed bin Suroor stable whose granddam is the top racemare and producer Time Charter (GB).
