MATENRO SON (c, 2, Into Mischief–Miss Panthere {Jpn}, by Daiwa Major {Jpn}) is the latest foal to the races for his dam, who defeated Japanese Horse of the Year Lys Gracieux (Jpn) (Heart's Cry {Jpn}) in Group 2 company over a mile while tacking on a further three victories at Group 3 level. His year-older full-sister Miss Matenro was placed at two and the mare is also represented by a yearling Authentic colt and a filly from the first crop of Flightline. B-Chiyono Terada (KY)
