Last year's G2 Norfolk S. winner The Lir Jet (Ire) (Prince Of Lir {Ire}) remains eligible, but Qatar Racing tweeted on Wednesday afternoon that the bay would instead target the G2 Sandy Lane S. at Haydock on May 22.
Among those that Mother Earth could face in Pouliches are the unbeaten G3 Prix Penelope winner Philomene (Ire) (Dubawi {Ire}); last year's G1 Prix Marcel Boussac scorer Tiger Tanaka (Ire) (Clodovil {Ire}); G3 Prix Imprudence victress Reina Madre (Ire) (Kingman {GB}); and last year's G2 Lowther S. winner and G1 Cheveley Park S. and GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies' Turf-placed Miss Amulet (Ire) (Sir Prancealot {Ire}).
