Papa John's Pizza has announced the return of its special promotion on behalf of the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance. The fundraiser, which raised $24,000 for the organization last year, kicked off Wednesday and runs for eight weeks to correspond with racing in Lexington and Louisville.
“Papa John's is honored to partner with the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance by offering the TAA Special, a fundraising offer that is available during this year's spring racing season. The TAA Special has raised more than $30,000 over the past two years. As our relationship has grown with the TAA we have come to know many of their accredited partners, and we are proud to give back to these organizations that care for the horses that leave an everlasting impression on us,” said Lynn McQuillen, Operations Vice President of Papa John's.
John Phillips, owner of Darby Dan Farm and president of the TAA said, “The TAA is thrilled to be involved in this community promotion to raise funds for our 64 accredited organization across North America. This partnership opportunity with Papa John's allows us to provide grants to those approved by the TAA but also to spread awareness of the TAA mission to their clientele. Making sure everyone knows what the TAA is and what we do is just as important as the funds we raise. ”
To participate in the program, visit PapaJohns.com and enter promo code TAA12 to receive One Large Two-Topping Pizza and Garlic Knots for just $12. Papa John's will donate $1 from each TAA Special to the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance. This offer is valid online only at participating Lexington and Louisville area locations until May 7.
